What is Fully Alive & Free?™
In its most basic form, being Fully Alive & Free™ is when you are:
- experiencing Security (you know who you can trust)
- knowing your Identity (you know who you are and Whose you are)
- experiencing Belonging (you know who wants you)
- knowing your Purpose (you know why you are alive and who you are here for and what you are called to do)
- experiencing Competence (you know what you do well and it aligns with your calling)
FYI: The five (slightly paraphrased) statements above describing Fully Alive & Free™ are from Dr. Kathy Koch’s book, “Five To Thrive” (pages 20-21), where Dr. Kathy so beautifully describes the five core needs of every human. What does all this “experiencing and knowing” mean and how does it work?
The way you grow and mature in becoming more Fully Alive & Free™ is by actually experiencing the five core needs being appropriately and consistently met by PAPA and His safe and trustworthy people over time. When that happens for a long-enough period of time, you will “know-that-you-know-that-you-know” that Y.O.U. are truly loved.
Said another way, you will absolutely know in the deepest parts of your heart that your life and voice matter.
The way of developing that “knowing” is Coach MelanEE’s™ proprietary process of identifying and developing Mentor and Peer SafeTeams™ so that you can move Out of Shame & Into SHALOM!™
Out of Shame & Into SHALOM!™ (a.k.a., Shame Into SHALOM!™ or SIS!™), is for all women leaders who are ready, able, and willing to do the hard work of identifying and developing Mentor and Peer SafeTeams™.
Defining Terms: What is a SafeTeam™ and what’s the difference between mentors and peers?
SafeTeams™—although there are different levels of SafeTeams™, the two types of teams (mentors or peers) are comprised of people who have consistently proven themselves safe and trustworthy—over time.
Mentor—someone who invests in you (and you do not invest in him or her)—and—you may or may not personally know them.
Peer—someone who invests in you and you invest in him or her—and—you definitely know each other.
What does Coach MelanEE™ and her HGL!™ Team believe and follow?
Although Coach MelanEE™ and her HGL!™ Team work with women leaders of different faiths, their one and only standard of Truth is based on The Holy Scriptures of The Tanakh and The B’rit Hadashah (commonly referred to as The Old Testament and The New Testament).
Some of The Scriptures that are foundational for this ministry are listed at the bottom of this section.
(NOTE: For the sake of clarity and economics of words, Coach MelanEE™ will primarily use the words, “The Bible” or “GOD’S Written Word” or “The Scriptures” when referring to The Tanakh and The B’rit Hadashah.)
Now that you know about the HGL!™ Team’s standard of Truth, here’s a question for you…
Are you R.A.W. enough?
That might sound like a crude question, but it’s not meant that way at all!
Rather, it’s asking this question:
Are you Ready, Able, and Willing (R.A.W.) enough to do the hard work of identifying and then developing your Mentor and Peer SafeTeams?
Said another way, are you desperate enough to do the hard work so that you can grow and mature into being more Fully Alive & Free™?
The reason why this question is so important is because if you are NOT ready, able, and willing (R.A.W.) enough, you will easily get stuck and believe there is no hope—and—the enemy of your soul wants you to believe there is no hope.
But there is One who is WAY BIGGER than the enemy—and HE—KING YESHUA—is your HOPE! (Even if you don’t trust Him or believe He is The One True Messiah—He will Patiently Wait for you to choose Him—He has already Chosen Y.O.U.)
What is your rigorously honest answer?
So… are you R.A.W. enough to get started on your journey of shattering shame and growing and maturing into SHALOM—into being Fully Alive & Free™?
Remember, becoming Fully Alive & Free™ is so that you can see and hear PAPA’s Voice in order to know The Truth: Y.O.U. are truly loved and your life and voice matter!
